The trance is the motion

listening:: "blue monday" - orgy

Haven't posted in awhile. I hope none of you [faithful readers] have died of sadness.

Psh. Faithful readers. Aaaanyway...

This weekend I was at Kelly's house with Emily, but before that I was by myself, as usual, at home. I let myself into my neighbor's house and swam in their pool, because, um...why the hell not? Well, and I'm babysitting their house while they're gone and they sorta gave me keys and a garage door opener and full access to their home and while they never explicitly said "you can use our pool," .......why the hell not? ^_^ I went to painfully great lengths to make sure my skin didn't get any sun; I slathered myself in that waterproof sunscreen and tried to drag some plants near the pool so I could have a shady spot of water to swim in. That was kinda stupid. But overall, the ten minutes I spent in the pool were very nice. I haven't been swimming in forever because I avoid the sun like death, and was a nice little change. I forgot how good water feels. Excuse me while I go cry into a tissue.

Then Kelly and I met Nana, Amma, Earl, Sarah, and some other girl at the ice skating rink. Kelly and I snuck in without paying first, but then we realized we needed little ticket things to get our ice skates. So, with much pouting, we paid the ten dollars (ridiculous price, isn't it?) for entry and skates. I actually didn't suck at ice skating this time because I went last month with Meagan and everyone else, so I was more accustomed to the ice. Nana plays hockey, so she was unnecessarily good (love you, Nana!). Sarah fell right in front of me, and I was panicking and stuff and I was like, "I ALMOST CUT YOUR LEG OFF!!!!!!!" And it took me a minute to recover, but she was fine. Ironic. Earl fell on his ass, then almost did it again when Nana was practicing her stops for hockey and stopped right in front of him. Kelly fell later and immediately left the ice rink, with us banging on the glass and begging her to come back. Kelly was off and on most of the time, and she bought me cookies from the snack machine because I was starving and because she's so nice! We watched the hockey players in the hockey playing rink or whatever for awhile. I was hoping I'd see my other neighbor, the one next door who plays hockey, but I didn't. Blah blah ice skating was fun. I guess I'm boring you with this, so *fast forward*

Kelly's house. Emily arrived at six-thrity or something. We forced her parents to order us spinach alfredo pizza from Papa John's, which is heavenly *angels sing.* Actually it's orgasmic *angels look suprised, but continue singing.* Oh, and breadsticks! We made cookies later. And in the morning we made French breakfast book from this cookbook I inherited. Mmm. Food. We talked for hours, of course, because we're ever so girly like that. When we all finally laid down to sleep and Kelly turned off the lights, I burst into a fit of laughterm which I seem to do every time I try to go to sleep at her house. And it's not like "ha ha" it's like, me, laying there spasming because I'm laughing so hard, with tears coming out of my eyes. It's like I'm possessed. Whatever it is, it's odd. But funny, I guess, because it makes everyone else laugh, which makes me laugh more...it's crazy.

Emmy left at 2:30 the next day, and Kel and I played Xenosaga, which has freaking long cut scenes that get up to about 45 minutes long sometimes. It would be such a fun game if they could just incorporate the storyline into the game time somehow, not just through these hour-and-a-half cut scenes. >_< My mom picked me up around 3:30, and I was still in my pajamas. I was sad to leave Kelly's. Her new house is so purty, and has all wood floors *drool*. So I said goodbye to Kel, her mom, and her little sister and then left, only to be left at home for hours while mom, dad, and Jo went to go see a baseball game (which I wasn't about to attend, anyway). I watched A Little Princess and wallowed in my sorrow for awhile, but then it started storming so I unplugged everything. I put on this shiny dark blue promish dress and sat out in the rain to watch the storm. It was lovely.
